Without further hesitation, here are my trophies!!

The big one on the left is for FIRST PLACE WHITE MEAT CHILI and the even bigger one on the right is for BEST OVERALL CHILI!!  That's right... not only am I a sarcastic wannabe, but I'm also a world class chili chef.  "Betchadidntknowit."

That's my new catchphrase, you're welcome to use it, just site Chowlb.com after each use.  Look for it on T-Shirts coming soon to your local Circle K or Kangaroo gas stations!

I bet you all want to know my recipe don't you?  That wouldn't be very chefly of me though.  Does anyone know the ingredients to Emeril's "Essence?" I can't give up my secret, but I can tell you it has chili powder and turkey in it.  As long as you add the marshmallows right before it starts to boil then you'll be ok.  That's the key.  Oh I think there are some tomatoes in there somewhere... and maybe some corn, can't quite remember.  Anywho, I'm the best and that's all you need to know :)
